  • As part of the onboarding process, you will learn how to thoroughly use the platform. We will train your staff to properly use the point of sale, back office and other features relevant to your business, including how to configure settings and run reports.

A personal Implementation Manager is assigned to your account.

Your personal Customer Success Manager will clearly define the goals for each milestone, and discuss a shared project plan.

Step 3

The Customer Success Manager, along with other members of the Implementation Department, will identify business and technical requirements, and outline expectations to create a detailed plan that is customized for your installation.

Step 4

The Customer Success Manager ensures all timelines are met, and that any data migration and hardware needs are fulfilled. When applicable, the processes for implementing a fully-integrated E-Commerce website and integrations to third-party platforms are also completed.


The Customer Success Manager confirms completion of all required checklists and guides each client towards a final -
